When weighing in hazardous environments, you need accuracy and reliability without sacrificing safety. Operators need terminals that work simply within their existing processes without slowing productivity. The ICS466x offers enhanced versatility and connectivity to the safe area, while maintaining the weighing accuracy for which METTLER TOLEDO is known. The terminal can be connected to two platforms and display them, it can also be connected to the safe area via an additional communication module or RS232 barrier with the peace of mind that METTLER TOLEDO’s terminal has safety covered in the hazardous area.

The ICS4_6x-Series are approved according global and local standards. IECEx, ATEX and FMC+US are approvals for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1/21 and Division 1. The Surface Shows the Quality
The surface of the platform is e-polished (except 600x800mm) – there is no place for dirt to stick. The smooth load plate is easy to clean.

The load cell is hermetically sealed. The IP69k protection indicates that it is suitable for high pressure cleaning.
