This system is designed for weighing multiple or single ingredients. The weigh indicator has data/recipe storage and a repeatability of 0.1% accuracy of applied load.

The typical system consists of an AFC Spiralfeeder with an infeed hopper and proprietary drive adapter with integral seals, as well as S-type weigh modules, an IND 570+fill weigh indicator, a weigh hopper, and a pneumatic slide gate.

The flexible screw conveyor allows for smooth, efficient, dust-tight operation, while discharging product to weighing processes.

Typical materials can range from submicron powders to flakes to pellets. Available materials of construction are mild steel with an industrial coating or t-304/t-316 stainless steel. Industrial or sanitary finished units are available.
