Our ISO/IEC17025 accredited laboratory was built specifically to provide our customers with the most accurate humidity calibration services, as evidenced by our industry leading calibration uncertainties. The laboratory was designed with the latest and most accurate available humidity calibration generation chambers. Calibration services are provided by a company with a 35+ year history of providing exceptional calibration and repair services. Our turn around service is the fastest in the industry with available Next-On-Bench and 3-Day turnaround services.

On-Site Humidity Calibration and Repair Services

We understand that in some industries and applications; sending out your humidity sensing equipment for calibration isn’t feasible. In these cases, we also bring the same high level services as our mail-in calibration program to your site. Utilizing the most accurate, field portable, humidity sensing equipment available, we can perform comparison testing at your facility. You can be assured of top level accuracy, but with the convenience of never having to be without your equipment. Full services are still included, such as preventive maintenance, repair services, full electronic documentation, and on-line asset management.

Humidity Mapping Services

Depending on the type of industry and regulatory requirements, there may be a need for humidity mapping services. We can help develop and implement an IQ/OQ/PQ protocol with humidity mapping/data logging services that can help you meet these requirements. We will provide a report with data and statistics for each humidity point at each location.

Our calibration laboratory is able to provide accredited calibration services to meet your ISO or regulatory requirements. We have some of the lowest uncertainties in the industry, ensuring you receive the most accurate calibration service possible. At our precision humidity calibration lab, we routinely participate in proficiency testing to compare our calibration results with industry standards.

Humidity Equipment Repair Services:

We can resolve many types of repair issues beyond regular maintenance/calibration adjustments; Loose or broken connectors, replacement probes, replacement connectors/wires, etc. Any repairs that cannot be made in-house can be contracted out to the manufacturer for you – we will handle the oversight of the repair and confirm the results once returned. Not repairable? We can work with you on specifying a new replacement and getting it delivered with calibration to you fast!

Humidity Equipment Preventive Maintenance Services:

Although humidity sending equipment does not need much in the way of preventive maintenance, we will still clean your equipment and replace the batteries when required. All included in the calibration cost. You can be confident that your humidity meter/probe will be received back after calibration with any adjustments required, returning it to its best operating condition.

We provide completely customizable calibration services based upon your requirements. Do you have specific requirements for documenting the data? We can provide any testing plan you may need.

Types of Calibrators

We can calibrate a variety of different type of humidity calibrators, including the Thunder Scientific Humidity Generators.

Comparison Point Calibration

We offer a wide range of comparison humidity calibration points using the most accurate humidity generators available. These can be used to calibrate any meter/probe systems at very competitive pricing. The humidity generator used is a self-contained system capable of producing atmospheres of known humidities using the fundamental, NIST proven, “two-pressure” principle. This system is capable of continuously supplying accurately known humidity values for instrument calibration, evaluation, and verification. A comparison point calibration is the use of humidity generation standard to induce a set humidity, and then comparing that humidity to the unknown meter (device under test).
Range: 10 to 95 %RH

Adjustments

Our pricing includes adjustments (where possible) so that you are returned a piece of equipment back that is operating at its best. We do not offer additional “adjustment” service at an additional cost. It is all included – there are no extras in a calibration from Atlantic Scale.
