Reaching A Common Goal

Star Glo contacted Atlantic Scale Company and together we worked to achieve a common goal. The Goal was Precise Counting, Ease of Use & Complete Traceability. Atlantic Scale recommended the appropriate METTLER TOLEDO Weighing Equipment & Software. The solution consisted of a METTLER TOLEDO ICS685 Counting Scale for Precise Counting. The Counting Scale offered USB Connection to provide Barcode Scanning for Ease of Use. We also provided Star Glo with METTLER TOLEDO DataBics Software for Complete Traceability. The efforts of both teams are already providing benefits, both financially and quality based. The process has gone from being manually hand written to completely automated. This has provided them with accurate material counts and complete traceability. The System also produces return to stock labels and barcoded Work In Progress (WIP) Labels.
